Michelle Merino is an illustration major at the American Academy of Art in Chicago. Michelle's passion for art stemmed from cartoons. These loud, bright, colorful characters going on adventures really pushed the artist forward to want to create her own. Watching shows like Courage the Cowardly Dog, Misadventures of Flapjack, Chowder, Billy and Mandy. With more years experimenting she found herself working in digital illustration. My goal is to be a full time artist creating cartoons to inspire others like they inspired me.
